My style of wedding photography is relaxed, but intentional. When photographing portraits, I like to set the scene, making sure the background and lighting are all working together to fit my aesthetic. I am always seeking the most beautiful, flattering light. Photos that sparkle make me positively giddy. In a timeless way, I love to capture the more candid side of you and your love with a lot of movement and interaction with each other. I document romance; the way you look at each other, the way you make each other laugh, melt, glow.
I’m known for my calm presence and ability to put people at ease. I often become friends with my clients (occupational hazard) and feel so incredibly honored to capture these fleeting moments.
I am pretty obsessed with the details. I realize you put a lot of time into making those decisions and creating your own gorgeous wedding day style, so I want to make sure there is time in your day to capture them. I love how sometimes the most simple, thoughtful details can tell so much. Who knows? Perhaps one of these details you’ve added will inspire a new family tradition!
When photographing ceremonies and receptions, I am completely unobtrusive and enjoy this time to be a true photojournalist. I love capturing those images that highlight emotion and especially those funny little unscripted moments. They keep me smiling all through my editing, picturing my couples reliving their day, or perhaps seeing a moment they would have otherwise missed.
This collection of favorite wedding images is the tip of the iceberg, really. There will be even more to come!
I have had some version of this shoot floating around in my head for years… my long time love of dark metal windows is no secret… along with old lofts and factories full of natural light. I’ve actually had real dreams of dark lush floral patterns. This space, the luxuriant florals, the beautiful linens and tableware, the juxtaposition of raw/industrial and finished, high-end elegance… this shoot is quite literally the stuff my dreams are made of. I hope you enjoy it too!
Made possible by:
Venue: Titan Hollow (A wonderful event space, owner Angela was so helpful the day of this shoot. Any event held here is in great hands with her and manager Anne!)
Planning: Audrey Snow & Mila Mitaskina (I came to Mila with this vision and she really helped pull it together, even better than I imagined. The pears were her idea to add and I can’t imagine this table without them!)
Florals, pears, and candles: Floral Design by Mila Matyskina (What can I say, this lady is a floral genius.)
Photography: Audrey Snow Photography (Yours truly)
Velvet tablecloth: Reverie Social (This tablecloth was shipped and I was so thrilled to see it was even prettier in person than on their site!)
Linen table runner and napkins: Linen Tales (Custom made linens all the way from Lithuania! I had a tea towel with this print from Linen Tales that I just adore. As I was searching for unique linens online, my eyes took a rest from the screen and landed on this pattern across the room. I knew it would be the perfect fit. From that moment on, many of the design decisions were based on these colors and the florals in the print.)
Salad plates: Terrain (Keeping these for my own home, I adore them so!)
Black dinner plates, all glassware, flatware, and chairs: A to Z Event Rentals (This company was so easy to work with and had so many special pieces available. I highly recommend them!)
Models: Katerina & Brady (This gorgeous real-life husband and wife duo have such awesome chemistry together. It was such a joy to work with them!)
Katerina’s makeup: Oh! Darling Makeup Artistry (This brilliantly fun and talented woman I just happened to meet out and about in town, and I’m so glad I did. She is so very good at what she does, and her smile lights up the whole room!)
My favorite thing about boudoir sessions is how empowering they can be, an incredible confidence boost, a secret weapon in the fight against self-doubt. A photographic tribute to your beautiful contradictions- your vulnerability / your strength, your subtle nature / your boldness, your directness / your mystery. Simple complexities captured and celebrated.
A State College area boudoir session with me happens on location; at your home, or perhaps a gorgeous hotel or B&B. My boudoir style is sexy and natural. I find that fine line between edge and grace and that is where my boudoir photography lives. These sessions make the perfect gift for yourself or your love. (Want to celebrate a special milestone? You absolutely should! Looking for a perfect wedding gift? This one will be cherished by you both!)
A very special 10 year anniversary shoot, photographed at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens in Miami. It was amazing timing that I was in town to photograph this session, exactly 10 years after photographing their wedding in Naples, FL. Wouldn’t you know it, these two have just gotten better with age! Such a beautiful pair, inside and out!
Keara & Dana had a lovely intimate wedding celebration with their closest family and friends on the island of Boca Grande, Florida. It was completely relaxed and romantic. They dedicated a good portion of time before their ceremony for photos of the two of them, which we took full advantage of, as well as a bit of time after the ceremony, when the light is completely different. We followed up this beautiful day just a few days later, with their 300+ person reception in Kansas City, MO. An entirely different vibe, but also wondrously fun!
Falling somewhere between a senior session and a model's portfolio shoot, Kanaa's Bellefonte studio session shows just how striking an industrial space can be to shoot in.
A lovely shoot starting at the family home in Port Royal, Naples, later moving to the Port Royal Beach Club just down the road. I absolutely love sessions at home! They are so personal, and memories of the places we've close ties to can be nearly as special as memories of the people in our lives.
Senior photo sessions are a perfect time to document this monumental time in life when you’ve achieved so much, and yet still have the world at your feet, so far to go. They can be as simple as a chance to hone your modeling skills, but they can also read like a biography of who you are- with favorite pets, hobbies, friends, places, where you’ve been, where you’re going- future career plans, educational or travel journeys… They can be a chance to show off your unique style. What separates you from your peers? What do you love about you that is just SO YOU? Let’s show it! I promise, we’ll have fun, and you’ll be as glad as your parents that you have these photos to look back on.
Because so much goes into these sessions, I recommend at least two looks, and possibly more than one location if you’re on the fence about where to shoot, inside vs. out, etc. You are not one-dimensional. Why should your pictures be?
I also recommend giving yourself plenty of time before any school deadlines for scheduling, shooting, editing, and retouching if requested. Don’t put it off until the last minute and risk not being able to book the session your really want. These photos are too important!
Now scheduling senior shoots for State College, Bellefonte, PSU, and surrounding Happy Valley seniors and grads, with select times available in Naples, FL and Ft. Myers, FL. Let’s chat about your session!
Sometimes engagement sessions happen independently of a wedding, but oftentimes they are the prelude to a wedding day and my chance to get to know a couple before the big day (and vice versa), creating an even better experience on the wedding day, all while getting some gorgeous photos in the process. Sometimes I travel for these sessions… always fun to meet up with my couples in places that have special meaning for them!
I am a family lifestyle photographer... meaning I want to photograph you being you, and more importantly, your children being themselves. I’m not against a nice posed family photo, but when it comes to little ones, I would rather capture them playing, creating, laughing, heck sometimes even the teary moments are just so darling. With babies, I showcase the intimacy and sweetness of a new baby and a new family. I have seen a lot of adorable prop filled baby photos, but my personal style is less about props and more about how you look and feel when you hold your new baby in your arms. I want to capture a day in the life of your family in this moment. More than how you look, but how you are. A little slice of time, preserved.

This session is a perfect example of all of the above.
